Dubai Islands

Dubai Islands is Nakheel's rebrand and relaunch of the former Deira Islands project, originally conceived as Palm Deira, a five-island waterfront destination off Deira covering around 17 square kilometres with roughly 20 kilometres of beaches. The master plan mixes beachfront apartments, villas and more than 80 planned hotels, alongside retail and marina space. It appeals to buyers wanting new-build waterfront property with Blue Flag-certified beaches and Dubai Metro access, at an earlier and more affordable stage of a large island regeneration than comparable projects such as Palm Jumeirah.
