LIV Developers

Founded 2000. Headquarters: Dubai

LIV Developers is a Dubai Marina-focused developer whose wider company traces to 2000, with its Dubai operations beginning later in the 2010s; its first Dubai project, LIV Residence, launched in 2018 and completed in 2020. It has since delivered LIV Marina, handed over ahead of schedule in May 2025, and LIV LUX, with newer schemes underway in Dubai Islands (LIV Oceanside) and Dubai Maritime City (LIV Maritime). Its portfolio remains small and concentrated, built around waterfront towers with a consistent premium finish specification.

Why buyers look at LIV Developers

  • Focused entirely on a small number of boutique waterfront towers rather than a broad multi-community portfolio
  • Concentrated in Dubai Marina to date (LIV Residence, LIV Marina, LIV LUX, LIV Waterside), now expanding to Dubai Islands and Dubai Maritime City
  • Says its flagship LIV Marina tower was completed and handed over ahead of schedule in May 2025
  • Positions itself around a consistent 'LIV Premium Signature' finish specification (Miele appliances, German sanitary ware) across its buildings
