Its sole masterplan to date is Town Square Dubai, a 750-acre community along Al Qudra Road combining low and mid-rise apartment buildings with townhouses, a central park, retail and a cinema. The company has launched a steady succession of buildings within Town Square, including Belmont, Evelyn, Rosewell and Odessa, rather than diversifying into other Dubai communities.
