Dubai South Properties is the residential development arm of Dubai South, the Dubai Government-backed master community built around Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. It has delivered The Pulse Beachfront, a lagoon-fronted villa and townhouse community, and The Pulse Villas, and is currently selling South Square, South Living and Hayat, part of a planned Golf District community of roughly 2,500 homes. Its projects sit within a single master-planned area rather than across established Dubai districts.
